With the 'easy' subscription model the cost of retrieving a purchase contract is EUR 10.90 each inclusive of VAT (as for all other Land Register documents (e.g. contracts of donation, certificates of pledge and much more)).
Generally the costs will depend on the volume of your search. Each document will be charged separately. The price consists of the court fee and the charges for preparation of the documents. The price also includes local value added tax.
