What information does the Charges Sheet contain?
The C Sheet is the part of the Land Register excerpt which is called the Charges Sheet.
It provides information on the charges and encumbrances (e.g. liens or mortgages, prohibitions to sell, pre-emptive rights, rights to resell, etc.) linked with title to the property shares.
Such charges or encumbrances may relate to the entire property or are attributed to specific interests.
If title is transferred, the charges and/or encumbrances of the former owner of the share concerned will pass to the new owner unless they are cancelled from the Register.
