What is the document register?
The document register is a separate register of the Land Register where Superädifikate are recorded.
Entries in the document register are voluntary.
In the past the register was kept as a paper register and since 1 June 2022 it has been available digitally.
All Superädifikate that existed before that date remain accessible in hard copy only. This means that only new Superädifikate are available digitally (since 1 June 2022).
